Refund policy

The promise

You can ask for a full refund of your licence within 30 days of the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to support@oktob.press from the email you bought with, and say you want a refund. You can also give the order reference.

What happens next

We refund the full amount to the card or method you paid with, through Stripe. The money usually reaches you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

We switch off the licence. Oktob then runs as the free trial.

After 30 days

After 30 days we do not refund by right, but write to us if something went wrong. We look at each case. Your rights by law are not affected.

If we move to a successor company

We plan to move Oktob to a successor company. A refund you ask for within 30 days of a purchase is still honoured in full after the move, by us or by the successor.

Changes

If we change this page, we post the new text here with a new date. A change does not take away a right you already bought.
